Bultaco Model 136 – What year?

my buddy bought an old bultaco with frame and apparatus numbers that start with 136 which make it a 74-76 360 pursang. it is red and waxen. the freakish part is that it has a rear plant frame that allows you to song down the shocks in days gone by you spurn evasion the side panels. any ideas just what year it is? thanks jon
